In 2017, Cody and Mike set out to build a new kind of service company—one where the technical precision of a builder meets the relentless discipline of a professional athlete.
While they started as brothers-in-law, they founded the company as Brothers, a bond forged by a shared mission: to protect their neighbors' homes with a level of honesty and expertise that the corporate models simply can't match.
Mike brought a career’s worth of technical mastery in the inspection industry, specializing in the complex structural and WDO issues that often go overlooked. Cody joined him, bringing the same grit and focus on excellence he honed on the professional football field.
Together, they traded the turf for the crawlspace. They didn't just want to find problems; they wanted to provide a path to fixing them. Today, that mission lives in every report we deliver and every repair we complete.
